No. Storage agreements are month-to-month, giving you flexibility when plans change.
Kaimukī offers 24-hour tenant access. Most other locations provide access from 5am to midnight every day.
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables and unlawful items may not be stored. Ask the facility about a specific item before moving in.
Automatic card payments are encouraged. Existing tenants can also use the secure online payment portal, call the team or pay in person.
A protection plan or qualifying outside insurance is required. Ask the team to explain coverage choices and documentation.
Provide 30 days written notice, empty and sweep the unit, then complete the final checkout with the office.
