The renter agrees to pay monthly charges when due, keep contact information current, follow facility access and prohibited-item rules, maintain required protection or insurance, secure the unit and provide written notice before moving out.

The production website will present the full location-specific agreement, lien notices, protection disclosures, fee schedule, privacy terms and an electronic copy for the renter’s records.
